Our high-performance track is designed for athletes serious about mastering their sport of choice.


Campers can expect to receive expert instruction from some of the best coaches in Westchester and get targeted feedback aimed at helping them improve in their sport and prepare for the teams they play on during the school year.

All aspects of our high performance program are led by collegiate-level coaches and trainers.

 In addition to comprehensive training, campers can opt into cross-training, which includes dedicated sessions in the pool, and helps campers build the flexibility, agility, stamina, and strength to excel at their sport. Alternatively, campers can choose to swim recreationally during this time period.

A Typical Day at J Sports Academy

Full-day: 9:00 am–4:00 pm (extended day option until 5:30 pm)

Half-day: 9:00 am–1:30 pm
